Whether you are hosting a corporate training class, team banquet or a family reunion, the friendly and experienced staff of Budget Lodging will help your event be a success. With a large banquet room that can accommodate up to 100 guests and a meeting room that seats up to 30, we have a total of 1,700 square feet of meeting and banquet space. Our largest meeting room; seats up to 100, based on set-up style. Set up is customized for your event; options include banquet, classroom, and theater style set up or any combination. Table options include 6’ and 8’ long tables, 5’ round, one half round and two serpentine tables. The following amenities are included in the price of the room:
All set-up and clean up, High Speed Internet, White table linen, two cloth table skirts, solid mahogany podium with sound system, solid cherry wood and granite top wet bar, coffeemaker, portable projector screen, dimmable lighting, ice machine, volume controlled background music.
This small meeting room is available for groups of 20 people or less, available daily after 11 am. This may also be used as a break-out room for a meeting in the Windows to the West room.
Special Rules for all Event Space: Designated smoking areas are available outside; absolutely no smoking inside the building. Music is only allowed to be played at a “background” volume level; DJ’s and live bands, amplifiers or sound systems are not allowed.
We will gladly arrange food & beverages for your event, be it snacks and drinks or a full catered meal. You may also use the caterer of your choice; we have provided a list of some local caterers for your convenience:
