  • Turn south (LEFT), to cross I-44
  • Go past the eastbound off ramp
  • Take a RIGHT on South Outer Road, just before Mobil

  • Take Exit 240
  • Make an immediate turn off the exit ramp (almost a U-Turn)

  • Exit the airport, heading west on Lambert International Blvd
  • Turn left to merge onto I-70 W
